Midsummer Woodland Wedding Flowers

We loved styling & designing flowers for this midsummer wedding shoot with K + J. We designed a wedding bouquet and boutonniere with some of the best blooms from our farm.

These cuties opted for a bright and colorful palette for their wedding flowers, but still wanted a wildflower feel. We designed their flowers to be whimsical and airy, featuring our early September bounty of fresh blooms. The bouquet and boutonniere featured locally grown scabiosa, the first of the dahlias, cosmos, larkspur, delphinium, celosia, specialty zinnia, lace flower and cherry caramel phlox.

It was so much fun shooting with this lovely couple against the backdrop of lush September foliage. Duluth is such a perfect spot for weddings and elopements with so many beautiful natural spots to choose from. Magical rivers and dense forests are the loveliest spot to have your day of love and be adorned with locally grown wedding flowers.
