Our Land-Based Values + Seasonal Ethos
Seasonality is the deep root that nourishes and guides the direction and pathways of our land-based floral practice. We mention this word a lot, to reference the cyclical nature of our work and the subsequent flow of flowers and patterns that all tie back to our four seasons. It seems obvious enough, as a farm, the seasons truly do dictate what we are capable of. The spring allows for seedlings to be planted only when we are clear of frost and our season ends with the wanted

Hi there and thanks for taking interest in our little world! We are Heidi and Em and we're so excited to put our love and effort into Prairie Rose Farm and Floral. After spending a few years casually talking about finding a place of our own but not really knowing if it would happen, we came across a property better than our imaginations could have ever created. An old farmhouse/cabin just south of Duluth, albeit further than we would have planned but turns out perfectly far
