Weddings
At Prairie Rose, we have a passion for communicating through the natural language and movement of flowers. We value floral craftsmanship that focuses on artistically driven, sculptural and land-based design.
Our designs are garden and wildflower inspired, with attention to subtle detail, seasonal shifts, and the essence of each flower as the backbone of our intensive farm to floral practice. We focus on moments of whimsy and find inspiration from stems interweaving in the fields and color palettes whispered between rows. Our farm is a wild mix between garden and agriculture, hovering in between the chaos of nature and planned plots of cultivated varieties. It is a living, fluctuating entity we feel lucky to have guide our design work.
As full cycle florists, we focus on designing solely with our own flowers + greenery that are grown chemical-free on our farm from seed to harvest. If needed, we supplement with dried florals from our farm, foraged materials from the land or look to other local growers.
Our farm is 30 minutes south of Duluth and 2 hours north of the Twin Cities. For an additional fee, we provide delivery and set-up for our full service weddings. Pick-up on our farm is free for small weddings + elopements.

We offer an A la Carte approach for couples planning to elope or having a small ceremony. This includes personal flowers and a few floral accents for the ceremony.

We offer full service design and set-up for specific floral visions. This is well suited for those seeking a distinct floral presence in addition to personal flowers.
Our Design Ethos
We are a foam-free design studio focusing on creative and reusable or compostable mechanics to adorn our couples.
Any left-over organic matter is composted on-site at our farm. All material we work with is safe from chemicals.
All farm work and every aspect of floral design is done by the same two sets of hands and we pride ourselves in the focus and quality brought to each flower and end design.
