Early September Wedding at The Grainary

September is always a favorite time for us on our farm and also one of the most beloved months for weddings in Minnesota. We loved providing florals for Caroline and Nolan to adorn their Early September day at The Grainary in Poplar, WI. We met Caroline and her mom at the Duluth Wedding Show and loved their genuine love for local flowers that follow seasonality. The floral vibe was muted but colorful, with a request to use what was best in bloom on their wedding day. We used some of our favorite colarette dahlias in her bouquet as well as fun rudbeckia, airy afternoon white cosmos and of course, spikey blue delphinium, for the perfect combo of wildflower and colorful while still being lush and bold. Nolan wore a pocket square along with other members of the wedding party and the cutest petite bouquets were made for the flower girls. We still swoon over the lovely photos taken by Ava Bujold who captured the best shots showing off the blooms.
